At Coding In Depth, we are committed to your success and want to ensure you have a transparent understanding of our policies. This document outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for the Frontend Mastery Bootcamp.

1. 7-Day Free Trial Cancellation

• Trial Period: Every new participant is eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Frontend Mastery Bootcamp. During this period, you will have access to designated program content and experience our mentorship style.

• Trial Cancellation: If you decide the bootcamp is not the right fit for you during the 7-day trial, you must cancel your enrollment before the trial period expires. You will not be charged if you cancel within this period.

• Eligibility for Trial Refund (if charged inadvertently): To qualify for any refund requests related to the trial period (e.g., if you were charged due to an oversight despite cancellation), you must complete at least 4 days of assigned bootcamp work, tasks, or quizzes within the 7-day trial period. This ensures you've genuinely engaged with the program to assess its suitability.

2. Post-Trial Enrollment & 100% Money-Back Guarantee

• Commitment After Trial: Once you enroll in the paid program after the 7-day free trial, you are committing to the bootcamp's structure and payment plan.

• Unique 100% Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a unique 100% money-back refund on your paid enrollment, but it is contingent upon successful completion of the bootcamp. This policy is designed to ensure participants are fully committed to leveraging our personalized training and achieving their career goals.

• "Bootcamp Completion" Criteria for Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for the 100% money-back refund, participants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • 80% Work Completion: Successfully complete at least 80% of all assigned bootcamp work, including projects and daily tasks.

  • Final Interview Clearance: Successfully clear the final 1:1 interview conducted by our specialist mentors. This interview assesses your job readiness and mastery of skills taught.

  • Formal Refund Request: Submit a formal refund request to frontendindepth@gmail.com after meeting the above completion criteria.

• No Refunds Before Completion: Refunds will not be issued for any reason (e.g., dissatisfaction, change of mind, personal issues) before the successful completion of the bootcamp as per the criteria mentioned above. Our guarantee is tied directly to your full engagement and demonstrated mastery through our program.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved Refunds: Once a refund request is approved based on the above policies, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

• Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Program Termination by Coding In Depth

Coding In Depth reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the program under the following circumstances, without eligibility for a refund:

• Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments as per the agreed-upon payment plan.

• Violation of Terms: Breach of any terms outlined in our comprehensive Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to, unauthorized sharing of content, engaging in prohibited activities, or violating the Code of Conduct.

• Disruptive Behavior: Any behavior deemed disruptive, unprofessional, or harmful to the learning environment or our staff/mentors.

5. Changes to Policy

Coding In Depth reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
