Welcome to the Frontend Mastery Bootcamp, an initiative by Coding In Depth. By enrolling in or accessing our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
The Frontend Mastery Bootcamp is an intensive, 1:1 Interview Preparation Training Bootcamp designed to transform aspiring developers into job-ready Frontend professionals. Our program focuses on advanced application of skills, real-world coding tasks, and comprehensive interview readiness, all supported by personalized daily guidance from specialist mentors.
2. Enrollment & Acceptance
Eligibility & Prerequisites: Participants are required to have a basic understanding of core frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript syntax). Our bootcamp focuses on building upon these fundamentals for advanced application and interview preparation; we do not teach syntax from scratch.
Admission Process: There is no entrance test for admission. Specific criteria for enrollment into different plans will be detailed on the payment page.
Limited Seats: Due to the personalized nature of our 1:1 mentorship model, seats are strictly limited per batch to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Enrollment is subject to availability.
3. Fees & Payment
Payment Plans: Details regarding available payment plans, including monthly subscriptions will be provided on the payment page.
Payment Gateway: All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. Coding In Depth does not store your sensitive financial information.
Payment Defaults: Failure to make timely payments may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of program access.
4. 7-Day Free Trial & Refund Policy
7-Day Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is offered to allow prospective participants to experience the program's methodology.
Eligibility for Trial Refund: For a refund request during the trial period to be valid, the participant must complete at least 4 days of assigned work, tasks, or quizzes within the trial. This ensures a genuine understanding of the program's value and minimizes wasted effort.
Post-Trial Enrollment & 100% Money-Back Guarantee:
If you enroll after the free trial and are not satisfied, a 100% money-back refund is available after successful completion of the bootcamp.
"Bootcamp Completion" Criteria for Refund: To qualify for this refund, the participant must have completed 80% of the assigned bootcamp work, including projects, and successfully cleared the final 1:1 interview conducted by our mentors. This ensures the participant has fully engaged with and utilized the program.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Program Duration & Access
Core Bootcamp Duration: The primary training duration for the bootcamp is 3 months.
Content Access: Upon enrollment, participants will receive lifetime access to all core bootcamp content and learning materials.
Mentorship Access: While core daily tasks and 1:1 weekly mock tests are structured within the 3-month period, continuous doubt support will be available as per program guidelines.
6. Mentorship & Support
Dedicated Skill Specialist Mentors: You will learn from highly experienced and professional mentors, each a specialist in a distinct Frontend skill area (e.g., specific coding concepts, system design, communication, career strategy). Mentors are selected through a rigorous interview process.
Personalized Daily Tasks: Participants will receive daily tasks tailored to their progress and learning needs.
Weekly 1:1 Mock Tests: Highly personalized 1:1 mock tests will be conducted weekly by a dedicated mentor to assess progress and provide targeted feedback.
Mentor Assignment & Change: Mentors will be assigned to students. If a student is not satisfied with their assigned mentor, a change can be requested, subject to availability and review.
Communication Channels: Mentorship and support will be facilitated through our dedicated app/website, Google Forms, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring comprehensive accessibility.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage
Content Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided within the Frontend Mastery Bootcamp (including videos, practice questions, coding tasks, notes) are the exclusive intellectual property of Coding In Depth.
Personal Use Only: Participants are permitted to download and use these materials strictly for their personal learning and skill development within the context of the bootcamp.
Prohibition of Sharing/Reuse: Sharing, distributing, reselling, or reusing any program content for commercial or non-personal purposes without express written permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Career Support & Disclaimer
Comprehensive Job Support: We provide extensive job support, including resume building, portfolio reviews, and interview preparation.
No Job Guarantee: While we equip you with industry-leading skills and support, Frontend Mastery Bootcamp does not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes. Ultimate success depends on the individual participant's dedication, performance during the program, interview skills, and prevailing market conditions.
9. User Conduct & Termination
Professional Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and ethical conduct in all interactions within the bootcamp environment, including with mentors, staff, and fellow students.
Prohibited Activities: Any form of harassment, hate speech, discrimination, unauthorized sharing of content, academic dishonesty, or any other disruptive or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Termination: Violation of this Code of Conduct or any other terms herein may result in immediate and permanent termination of program access, without eligibility for a refund.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Informal Resolution: In case of any dispute or grievance, participants are encouraged to first contact our support team at frontendindepth@gmail.com for an amicable resolution.
Mediation/Arbitration: If an informal resolution is not achieved, parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration as a primary means of dispute resolution.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Coding In Depth reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
